All items not in stock please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

International deliveries
We use Australia Post Registered Post to ship all international orders and they usually take between 14-28 days to arrive depending on how long it takes to clear customs. This is different in every country. In New Zealand deliveries take between 5-10 working days.
The above delivery times are for items in stock. Please allow an extra 2-6 weeks for items not in stock.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Currency
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) however there is an easy to use Currency Converter that has been built into the site that allows you to convert the price into your chosen currency.
All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate and many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee. The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider.
GST & Taxes
A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown throughout the website. All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the ordered is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.

Exclusive Bags is fully committed to protecting our customer's privacy. Your credit-card details are handled by PayPal on their secure severs. This information is not disclosed to us and is covered under PayPal's privacy policy which can be viewed on their website (www.paypal.com.au).
Exclusive Bags does not disclose, sell or trade any collected information of its customers to any third party other than those involved in the order process.
Exclusive Bags does not disclose any information about our suppliers to anyone unless it is deemed necessary by law. Personal information collected will not be passed on to any third party unless in the instance of fraudulent activity (these parties may include state or federal law enforcement agencies). In this instance we may be legally liable to forward information on to the appropriate authorities.

Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction with the purchase of your item is important to us. We offer detailed descriptions and photographs of our items so you can make an informed purchase. All goods offered for sale are offered in good faith and comply with all Australian import regulations.
Refunds will only be offered for stock deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

For international orders there may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.
GST is not charged to customers who are not within Australia.
Payment can be made using Paypal or Direct Deposit to our bank account.
